For each employee
A large number of households in Germany are currently facing enormous challenges, particularly financial ones. The already prevailing uncertainties are exacerbated by the rising cost of living, particularly for energy and food. Many people lack financial stability and the ability to plan their spending. How can you expect solid performance in the workplace in times like these?
CSB Schimmel Automobile GmbH in Berlin has now initiated the payment of the inflation compensation bonus. "We have recognised the urgency for some time. That's why we reacted very quickly after the "Act on the temporary reduction of the VAT rate on gas supplies via the natural gas network" came into force. Since the German government's decision was published, we have been working together with the works council to define the framework conditions for the bonus," says Dr Steffen Görlitz, Managing Director of CSB Schimmel Automobile GmbH.
CSB Schimmel was proud to announce to its team and the teams at the subsidiaries that the company is now in a position to pay the employees of the company group up to €250.00 net per month in addition, starting with this payroll. Part-time employees and trainees will receive reduced payments. Only employees who are in their probationary period or who exceed an income limit of € 4,000.00 gross/month will not receive a payment.
With this bonus, CSB Schimmel Automobile shows that the company takes social responsibility without hesitation and helps its employees to get through difficult economic times.
