Welcome to the team
On 1 September 2025, the time had finally come: we were able to warmly welcome our highly motivated young talents to our team! Out of more than 500 applications, 13 promising candidates made the cut and will now be joining us in various specialist areas. After the welcoming speech by our Managing Director, Dr Steffen Görlitz, each trainee introduced themselves personally at our branch in Hohenschönhausen. They all received a lovingly put together welcome pack and a tour of the site. Afterwards, everyone came together in the meeting room for a joint trainee workshop - the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and gather initial impressions. Finally, we rounded off the successful day with a cosy barbecue evening together.
Excellent training since 1990
Training and passing on knowledge to young people fills us with pride. We have been successfully training apprentices for many years and were recognised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in 2024 for our excellent training quality. Many of our employees have been with us since our company was founded in 1990, have completed their training with us and have been actively working to drive digitalisation and continuously develop our company ever since.
A look into the future
The new trainees are supporting us as prospective automotive mechatronics technicians, body builders, painters, warehouse clerks and automotive and e-commerce clerks. We are very much looking forward to the coming years with our new trainees and wish them all a successful start to their careers. With their motivation and commitment, they will be a valuable asset to our company.
