Your tasks:
- You inspire our customers every day with your competent advice on all service topics
- You look after our customers professionally in all phases of the service process, from dialogue acceptance to vehicle collection
- You create workshop orders and enable repairs to be carried out quickly by coordinating appointments.
- You assess warranties and service contracts, create diagnoses and recognise suitable additional services
- You are responsible for the final check of service invoices

- You have completed vocational training (commercial/technical) and ideally already have an additional qualification as a certified service advisor
- You are sociable, customer-orientated and committed to working in a team

CSB Schimmel Automobile GmbH is the largest dealer for Hyundai and Mitsubishi in Berlin, and we want to continue to grow. At our 3 locations in Berlin and the surrounding area, we sell over 1000 new and 500 used vehicles every year. For more than 36 years, we have been the local contact as a family business and have grown to a team of over 130 colleagues
