Workshop Manager (m/f/d)

• Optimum spatial design, organisation and capacity utilisation of the workshop
• Staff deployment planning, personnel management and employee motivation
• Disciplinary management, technical guidance and motivation of workshop employees
• Ensuring the highest service standards and work quality through regular inspections
• Ensuring that repair and maintenance work is carried out on time and to the required quality standards
• Responsibility for the proper execution of repair orders and workshop work with good economic results and in the interests of the customer
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, e.g. through your professional advice
• Implementing measures to retain and win back customers
• Preparation and processing of cost estimates
• Acceptance of repairs and invoicing

CSB Schimmel Automobile GmbH is Berlin's largest dealer for Hyundai and Mitsubishi in Berlin and we want to continue to grow. At our 4 locations in Berlin and the surrounding area, we sell over 1000 new and 500 used vehicles every year. We are looking for a master craftsman as workshop manager for our branch in Schöneweide at the earliest possible date.

• Professional experience after completion of training
• Qualification as a master car mechanic
• Several years of professional experience as a workshop manager/team leader or similar in a vehicle workshop
• Customer-orientation, communication skills, empathy and flexibility
• Motivation and leadership skills
• Knowledge of business administration and occupational safety
• IT skills, e.g. DMS, CRM, MS Office
• You love cars, have petrol in your blood and are in possession of a valid class B driving licence
