Closure of our branch in Spandau

Some news is not to be delivered lightly and this is one of them. After more than 30 years, we have to inform you today that our branch in Spandau will be closing its doors by the end of May 2026. Our lease for the site has not been extended and it is therefore unfortunately not possible to continue at the current location. The same applies to all other companies on the site. The site is currently being redeveloped.

Our workshop and sales department in Spandau will remain fully open until 30 May 2026. During this time, we will be available as usual for inspections, main inspections and all other services. We want to ensure that no appointment remains open and that every customer is well taken care of after the closure. If you have an appointment scheduled after 30 May, your contact person will get in touch with you personally to find a solution together. In addition, there will be a sale of around 70 young used cars next month. Whether combustion or electric cars, from Hyundai and Mitsubishi, well-maintained and at particularly attractive prices. All the details will follow in a separate article shortly.

A closure is not a farewell to you. CSB Schimmel Automobile is still available for you at our other locations in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen, Berlin-Schöneweide and Bernau. Your vehicle data and the entire service history will of course remain fully stored and available to our teams at all locations. As a contractual partner, we will of course continue to carry out all service and warranty work without restriction or interruption. Our branch in Spandau was run under the name CSB (Car Service Berlin) before we changed our name to CSB Schimmel Automobile and has been located in the western part of the city since 1995. Over all these years we have been able to look after thousands of customers and that is exactly what we would like to continue doing. Many of your usual contacts are moving to our other branches so that you can count on the service you are used to.
