- 37-hour week (the salary range shown is based on a 40-hour week and is adjusted proportionally to 37 hours by us)

Your responsibilities:
- Every day, you delight our customers with your expert advice on all service-related matters
- You provide professional support to our customers throughout every stage of the service process, from initial enquiry to vehicle collection
- You create workshop orders and, through your appointment coordination, ensure that repairs are carried out promptly.
- You assess warranties and service contracts, carry out diagnostics and identify suitable additional services
- You are responsible for the final check of service invoices

- You have completed a vocational training programme (commercial or technical) and, ideally, have already obtained the additional qualification as a certified service adviser
- You are outgoing, customer-focused and work enthusiastically as part of a team

CSB Schimmel Automobile GmbH is the largest Hyundai and Mitsubishi dealer in Berlin, and we want to continue to grow. Across our three sites in Berlin and the surrounding area, we sell over 1,000 new and 500 used vehicles every year. As a family-run business, we have been the local point of contact for more than 36 years and have grown to a team of over 130 colleagues
