Eco Efficiency is the name of the new overall package from the FUSO brand, a subsidiary of Daimler Trucks. Numerous innovations come together under this term as standard: increased injection pressure, an optimised cooling system, the automatic start-stop system (ISS) and low-friction engine oil to reduce friction in the engine. As a result, fuel consumption has been reduced by around 9% compared to its predecessor - a clear signal for greater efficiency in the transport sector.

The hybrid version of the small truck is also impressive: a 3.0-litre diesel engine is supported by a 40 kW electric motor and sustainably improves efficiency. Thanks to the resulting fuel savings, you will have recouped the additional cost after just a few years.

Whether on the construction site, in gardening and landscaping or in delivery transport: the FUSO Canter is a truck that can be customised to your requirements with a wide variety of superstructures. From tipper to flatbed to refrigerated vehicle - almost any solution can be realised. With different wheelbases, the Canter offers exactly the flexibility that is required in everyday use.

The new FUSO Canter models emphasise space and clarity. A gear lever integrated into the dashboard and a level floor create additional space for another person in the cab. The multifunction display allows you to keep an eye on all relevant values at all times. No matter what your requirements are - small or large cab, high or low payload - the Canter adapts to your individual needs.

With the Next Generation eCanter, FUSO is taking an important step in electric development. The drive unit combines a state-of-the-art electric motor with permanent magnet synchronous drive and water cooling, available in two power levels (129 kW max./110 kW constant and 110 kW max./85 kW constant). The eAxle integrates a differential in a compact drivetrain without cardan shaft. Three battery options (S, M, L) with capacities from 41.3 kWh to 123.9 kWh enable ranges of up to 200 km. An effective water cooling system and four recuperation modes maximise the range and service life of the battery.
