We are looking for for our location in Hohenschönhausen.
With a cool head and organisational skills, you will make customers happy behind the scenes. As a warehouse specialist, you will learn to keep an overview and take responsibility. The entire warehouse is your realm. Here you will ensure that the day-to-day running of the workshop runs smoothly.
The goods arrive, you receive them, check that they are complete and sort them. To ensure that nothing happens during storage or onward transport, during the three years of training you will be taught what proper storage and securing of goods means and how it works.
You are the contact person for your colleagues in the workshop when it comes to procuring parts and accessories, storing tyres or providing certain materials for operational processes. Before everything can be used, you must of course check the quality.
Please note that applications in paper form will not be returned by post, but will be destroyed once they have been entered into the applicant management system. Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

I actually wanted to become a mechatronics engineer, but I didn't have the school qualifications for it. So I had to reorient myself. The field of work and the duration of the apprenticeship (3 years) appealed to me. That's how it came about.
The CSB Schimmel Automobile stand stood out at the training fair. I was already impressed by the discussions on site. I liked it straight away, even without seeing the company beforehand, and luckily everything worked out.
We are a small team of 6 people, so we know each other very well after a short time. The interaction is friendly and very open. I can always address problems and know that I will be listened to and helped.
I start by unlocking what my bunch of keys has to offer, which takes a short time because the warehouse is huge. Then I prepare the incoming goods so that we can get started straight away.
To ensure that the workshop can work smoothly, I procure the necessary parts and materials. I order them via the portals of our authorised dealers. Of course, this also includes organising and managing the warehouse - you should never lose sight of the stocks. We are in the main warehouse here, so we also have to look after the other locations. That means transporting goods and having a detailed overview of stock levels.
There aren't that many options. Retraining is more common when we are working with new software or a new contractual partner.
Friendliness. Helpfulness. Open behaviour. I don't need to be afraid of questions, I can always ask for help, which makes working here easier and I like coming here.
Just like in normal operations, I only work in the background here. When the guys need new parts, I organise them. It's often quite difficult because they can't be found in the usual way, so I have to ask my colleagues for help from time to time, but I'm getting better and do almost everything on my own.
I go to school two days a week. My school day then consists of the subjects social studies and economics, English, warehouse logistics and commercial forwarding, i.e. maths.
