The side view is characterised by pronounced side skirts. These not only ensure sporty lines, but also support efficiency. In conjunction with the orange-coloured accent line, the sporty orientation is emphasised. The overall appearance is complemented by the 20-inch N rims, which give the vehicle a powerful presence.
Rear wing and diffuser
At the rear, the vehicle sets clear sporty accents. The continuous accent line connects the design elements and ensures a harmonious overall appearance. The rear spoiler contributes to stability at higher speeds, while the diffuser optimises the air flow. The rear is complemented by the discreet model lettering and the N logo. The triangular third brake light picks up on typical design elements of the N models.
Rims and brakes
The aerodynamically optimised 20-inch forged wheels are designed for high performance and are combined with exclusively developed 275/35R20 tyres. The setup is complemented by the powerful N-brake system with large brake discs (400 mm at the front, 360 mm at the rear). Orange-coloured brake elements set additional sporty accents.
Sound
The sound concept offers three different sound profiles that can be selected individually. There is a choice of Ignition, which simulates the characteristics of a powerful combustion engine, Evolution, which is based on the soundscape from motorsport, and Lightspeed, a futuristic sound profile. Virtual gear changes and engine speed sequences are presented both acoustically via the loudspeakers and visually via the ambient lighting.
N Sports steering wheel
The N sports steering wheel is covered in leather and has a blue centre marker. Integrated buttons allow direct access to functions such as the N Grin Boost or the driving modes. The blue Drive Mode buttons and the N Custom Modes allow individual settings to be adjusted quickly and easily.
N Sports pedals
The N sports pedals are made of aluminium and offer additional grip thanks to their surface. This prevents slipping off the pedals and enables more precise operation.
N Ambient lighting

Boot
The boot offers a volume of 371 litres and is therefore designed for everyday use and longer journeys. A variable luggage compartment floor enables flexible use and makes it easier to stow luggage and equipment.
Digital vehicle key 2.0
With the digital vehicle key 2.0 (UWB), the vehicle can be conveniently used via smartphone. Functions such as opening, locking or starting are possible without a conventional key. The Hyundai Bluelink app can also be used to control functions such as air conditioning or battery preconditioning.
Assistance systems
The IONIQ 6 N is equipped with numerous assistance systems from the Hyundai Smart Sense package. These include the Motorway Assist 2.0 (HDA 2.0) with hand detection, which provides support on longer journeys in particular. The Front Collision Alert 2.0 (FCA 2.0) recognises potential hazards with vehicles, pedestrians or cyclists and can brake automatically in an emergency. The system is supplemented by Blind Spot Assist (BCA), Lane Following Assist (LFA) and Cross Traffic Assist (RCCA). Vehicle-to-Load (V2L)
With the vehicle-to-load function (V2L), the vehicle can be used as a power source. Devices with an output of up to 3.6 kW can be operated via an integrated 230-volt socket in the interior. Route planning
The integrated navigation system enables intelligent route planning, including charging breaks and pre-planning. Suitable charging stations along the route are automatically taken into account. Infotainment & connectivity
The infotainment system combines modern connectivity with intuitive operation. Two 12.3-inch displays form the central control unit and provide access to vehicle functions and performance settings. Smartphones can be integrated wirelessly via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Battery conditioning and recuperation
The integrated N Battery System ensures that the battery is automatically brought to the optimum temperature before the journey. This not only improves performance, but also supports the charging efficiency and service life of the battery. In addition, the vehicle utilises a recuperation system that recovers energy during braking and feeds it back into the battery. This process helps to increase efficiency and at the same time reduces the load on the mechanical braking system. Furthermore, the recuperation is tuned in such a way that it also supports the driving dynamics and enables smooth deceleration.

The IONIQ 6 N is equipped with an 84 kWh lithium-ion battery20

Sporty suspension
The suspension is specially designed to meet the requirements of a performance model and features adaptive shock absorbers that automatically adjust to the respective driving situation. This allows the driving behaviour to be varied between comfortable and sporty. An electronic limited slip differential (e-LSD) improves traction, particularly when cornering, and ensures a more precise distribution of power between the wheels. This increases driving stability and improves control during dynamic driving.
Consumption and efficiency
The power consumption of the IONIQ 6 N is 18.7 kWh per 100 km (combined). This places the vehicle in the efficient range of its class despite its high performance. An official Cd value for the IONIQ 6 N has not yet been published. However, the IONIQ 6 is based on a particularly aerodynamically optimised platform; with a drag coefficient of 0.21, the production model is one of the most efficient vehicles in the segment. This aerodynamic design also forms the basis for the IONIQ 6 N's efficiency and driving stability.
