Our experience with Asian vehicle technology goes back over three decades. Thanks to many years of servicing Hyundai and Mitsubishi vehicles, our mechatronics engineers are familiar with many design principles that also benefit them with Toyota models. We have the necessary diagnostic systems and special tools for the current Toyota model ranges. When it comes to spare parts, we use original Toyota components or parts of equivalent quality in accordance with the manufacturer's standard.

A fully documented service schedule ensures the value retention and long-term operational reliability of your Toyota vehicle. Please note that the Toyota Relax warranty extension is only granted by the manufacturer if the vehicle is serviced by an authorised Toyota service network. Irrespective of this, we carry out the full scope of inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications:

• Checking the fluid levels, cooling circuit and drive belt

The European Block Exemption Regulation (BER) ensures that your regular manufacturer's warranty remains fully intact even when serviced in an independent workshop - provided that all work is carried out professionally and in accordance with factory specifications. This is precisely the standard we apply to every inspection.

The high reliability of Toyota vehicles does not mean that there is no need for repairs. Depending on the engine and year of manufacture, there are model-specific issues that we routinely deal with.

Injector wear and particulate filter problems are the most common reasons for repairs on the 1.4D-4D diesel, which is fitted in the Yaris and Auris, among others. Older petrol engines from the ZR series can also exhibit increased oil consumption.

Toyota's automatic transmissions are generally considered to be reliable. Nevertheless, you can contribute to its longevity with little effort. Although Toyota often declares the continuously variable CVT transmission (Multidrive S) to be maintenance-free, in practice it benefits from regular transmission oil changes - especially when the mileage is high.

No other manufacturer has as much experience with hybrid drives as Toyota. Since the introduction of the Prius in 1997, Toyota has continuously developed the Hybrid Synergy Drive system and now offers it in almost every model series - from the Yaris Hybrid to the Corolla and C-HR to the RAV4 Hybrid and Camry. The RAV4 plug-in hybrid and the all-electric bZ4X add more powerful electrified variants to the range. Our team has the required high-voltage qualification to work on all of these vehicles.

The Toyota hybrid system with its continuously variable planetary gearbox differs fundamentally from the parallel hybrids of other manufacturers. This special feature requires specific diagnostic knowledge, which our mechatronics engineers have. The scope of services includes checking the condition of the high-voltage battery, checking the cooling circuit for the battery storage system, software updates and diagnosing the electric drivetrain. If the actual fuel consumption deviates significantly from the WLTP standard values, we systematically narrow down the cause: from battery capacity and tyre condition to software calibration.

Regardless of the vehicle manufacturer, we carry out the main inspection (HU) and exhaust emissions test (AU) in co-operation with a DEKRA inspector directly on site. Our technical pre-check ensures that any defects are rectified before they lead to a chargeable follow-up inspection.

Our seasonal wheel service includes the professional changing, balancing and, if required, storage of your summer or winter tyres. Air conditioning maintenance includes disinfection, refrigerant refilling and filter replacement. If you would like to have your vehicle professionally refurbished, our car care service offers services ranging from hand washing to paint sealing.

Theft protection is a particularly relevant issue for Toyota models with a high resale value - such as the Land Cruiser or the Hilux. With the Bear-Lock anti-theft device, we offer a mechanical retrofit solution that effectively secures the transmission or steering against unauthorised access.
