As an independent workshop, we offer VW owners a fully-fledged alternative to brand-affiliated dealerships - with transparent pricing and no hidden costs.

Due to the close technical relationship within the VW Group, our mechatronics technicians are familiar with the units and systems used in daily practice. We have the necessary specialised tools and diagnostic systems for all current VW model series. You have the choice of spare parts. We use original VW parts or identical components in OEM quality. This preserves the value of your vehicle without tying you to an authorised dealer.

Whether it's a new or used car - if you have any questions about optional extras, upcoming service intervals or recalls, we will give you the same expert advice as an authorised VW workshop. We also offer a professional service for older Volkswagen models, which are now part of the classic and classic car fleet.

Regular maintenance according to the VW service plan forms the basis for operational safety and value retention. We carry out the full range of inspections in our workshop:

• Professional oil change with approved specifications
• Replacement of air, oil and cabin filters
• Detailed inspection of the brake system and cooling system
• Checking all fluid levels
• Electronic fault diagnosis with recording of all safety-relevant data

Thanks to the EU Block Exemption Regulation (BER) , your manufacturer's warranty remains fully valid if you have the service carried out in an independent workshop. The prerequisite is that the work is carried out professionally in accordance with exact factory specifications - and this is exactly what we ensure with every inspection.

Every vehicle model has its own specific repair issues. With the popular TSI petrol engines, timing chain problems are a well-known issue, especially with the older 1.2 and 1.4 TSI generations. Experience has shown that TDI diesel units exhibit wear on injectors or particulate filters. We also routinely carry out maintenance and diagnostics on DSG dual-clutch gearboxes, including gearbox oil changes and the elimination of shift jolts. All these factors influence driving behaviour and power delivery and should be checked promptly in the event of any abnormalities.

Other mechanical services include

• Brake replacement and wheel alignment
• Work on the chassis, shock absorbers and steering
• Replacement of clutch and transmission components
• Repairs to the exhaust system

We repair bodywork and paint damage in our in-house paint shop at the Hohenschönhausen site. Repairs include accident damage, parking bumps and weather-related paint defects. In the event of insurance claims, we take care of the entire claims management process - from documentation and communication with the insurer through to completion on time.

With the ID. series and the GTE models, Volkswagen has established electric mobility in the mass market. Our workshop is prepared for these drive technologies. The team has the necessary high-voltage qualification for work on ID.3, ID.4, ID.5 and ID.7:

• Testing the high-voltage battery and the battery management system
• Maintenance of the thermal cooling system
• Software updates and electronic diagnostics
• Inspection of the electric drivetrain

In the GTE hybrid models, we also check the interaction between the combustion engine and electric motor. Precise diagnostics ensure that both drive sources work together efficiently and that the combined range corresponds to the manufacturer's specifications. If the actual consumption deviates significantly from the WLTP standard values, we systematically narrow down the cause - from battery condition and tyre condition to software parameters.

We carry out the statutory main inspection (HU), including the exhaust emissions test (AU), directly on site in cooperation with DEKRA. A technical check carried out in advance identifies potential defects so that your Volkswagen passes the test without a chargeable follow-up inspection. The emissions test checks whether your vehicle's exhaust emissions are within the legal limits - a relevant test point for TDI models with a particulate filter.

We also offer seasonal wheel changes with balancing and optional storage as well as professional air conditioning maintenance. The latter includes disinfecting the system, topping up the refrigerant and changing the filter. Our car care service rounds off the offer - with services ranging from interior cleaning to paint sealing. As an additional protective measure, we offer the Bear-Lock anti-theft device, a mechanical retrofit solution that secures the transmission or steering against unauthorised access.
