Over more than three decades, we have gained extensive experience with Hyundai and Mitsubishi technology. As Kia and Hyundai share numerous platforms, engines and transmission units within the Hyundai Motor Group, this expertise is of direct benefit to Kia owners. Our mechatronics engineers are familiar with the special features of these vehicles - from the electronics architecture to exhaust aftertreatment and model-specific drive systems.

We use original Kia spare parts or parts of equivalent quality to the manufacturer's standard. Owners of new and used cars benefit from transparent pricing and personalised advice tailored to the actual condition of the vehicle. Owners of older Kia models, which are now vintage and classic cars, are also in expert hands with us. If you have any questions about optional extras, recalls or model-specific service intervals, our staff are on hand to provide you with expert advice.

Regular inspections and maintenance ensure the reliability, value retention and road safety of your Kia vehicle. In our service workshop, we carry out all prescribed work in accordance with the Kia service schedule.

This includes, among other things

• Oil change with the engine oil quality specified by the manufacturer
• Replacement of air, oil and cabin filters
• Checking brake wear, fluid levels and safety-relevant components
• Electronic fault diagnosis via the vehicle-specific diagnostic system
• Inspection of lighting and tyres

Compliance with the maintenance intervals specified by the manufacturer is particularly relevant for maintaining the Kia manufacturer's warranty. The European Block Exemption Regulation (BER) allows you to have your Kia vehicle serviced and repaired in an independent workshop without invalidating any warranty claims - provided that the work is carried out professionally and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. This is exactly what we guarantee in our workshop.

In addition to scheduled maintenance, our workshop covers the entire repair spectrum for Kia vehicles. For models with dual-clutch transmission (DCT), as fitted in the Ceed and Sportage, we change the transmission oil and diagnose gearshift problems. We also routinely carry out repairs to injectors, timing chain wear and turbocharger seals, which are common issues in some model series.

We repair damage to the bodywork and paintwork in our in-house paint shop at the Hohenschönhausen site - whether accident damage, parking bumps or weather-related paint damage. Kia is increasingly focussing on electrified drives with low CO₂ emissions. The Niro is available as a hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fully electric variant, while the EV3, EV6 and EV9 models are purely battery-electric. Both drive concepts place specific demands on the workshop service. Our team has the necessary qualifications for working on high-voltage systems and performs the following services, among others:

• Condition check of the high-voltage battery and inspection of the cooling system
• Software updates and inspection of the electric drivetrain
• Inspection of the recuperation system

Maintenance of the brakes, which are subject to less wear in electric vehicles due to recuperation, is also part of the scope of services. Suitable diagnostic devices can be used to read fault memories, analyse power consumption and reliably assess the capacity and condition of the battery. In the case of plug-in hybrids, we also check the interaction between the combustion engine and electric motor to ensure efficient combined fuel consumption.

In addition to the brand-specific Kia service, we also offer supplementary workshop services. We carry out the main inspection (HU) and exhaust emissions test (AU) in co-operation with a DEKRA inspector directly in our workshop - regardless of the vehicle manufacturer. The MOT checks whether your vehicle's emissions are within the legal limits. Before the test appointment, we recommend a preliminary check, during which possible defects can be identified and rectified in good time.

The seasonal wheel service includes professional wheel changing, wheel balancing and, if required, storage of your summer or winter wheels. We also offer professional air conditioning maintenance with disinfection, refrigerant refilling and changing the cabin filter. Our car care service is available for the visual preparation of your Kia, which includes services ranging from hand washing to paint sealing.
