Within the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance, the three brands share numerous platforms, engines and transmission units. This is a decisive advantage for our workshop: as we have been servicing Mitsubishi and Renault models for decades, we have extensive practical experience with exactly the same units that are also used by Nissan. For example, the 1.5 dCi diesel and the 1.3 TCe turbo petrol engines are identical in Renault and Nissan models - our mechatronics engineers are therefore familiar with these engines from their daily workshop operations.

We have the necessary diagnostic systems and special tools for the common Nissan series. For spare parts, we use original Nissan components or parts of equivalent quality in accordance with the manufacturer's standard. The operational safety and value retention of your Nissan vehicle depend on a complete maintenance history. We carry out the full range of inspections according to the Nissan service schedule:

For Nissan vehicles with the Xtronic CVT transmission, we also recommend a regular transmission oil change, as the automatic transmission can wear out even with low mileage. Although Nissan officially declares this transmission to be maintenance-free, our workshop experience shows that an oil change - not only when the mileage is high - can significantly increase the service life.

Your manufacturer's warranty remains fully intact when serviced in our independent workshop. The European Block Exemption Regulation (BER) safeguards this right, provided that all work is carried out professionally and in accordance with factory specifications. Our workshop fulfils these requirements for every inspection.

Injector wear, turbocharger damage and problems with the particulate filter are among the most common causes of repairs to the 1.5 dCi diesel engine, which has been installed in the Qashqai, Juke and X-Trail over several generations.

The 1.2 DIG-T turbocharged petrol engine can be affected by timing chain wear and increased oil consumption - we regularly diagnose and rectify both faults.

With the Xtronic CVT transmission, we not only change the oil, but also diagnose and rectify driving behaviour problems such as slipping or delayed response.

The range of repairs also includes

We repair damage to the bodywork and paintwork in our in-house paint shop at the Lichtenberg site - from minor parking bumps to complete accident repairs. In the event of an insurance claim, we take care of the entire claims management process: documentation, communication with the insurer and on-time completion from a single source.

With the Leaf, Nissan launched one of the first mass-produced electric vehicles back in 2010. The first and second generation Leaf is still a common sight on the streets of Berlin. With the Ariya, Nissan has introduced a second all-electric model series, and the Qashqai and X-Trail offer a serial hybrid drive via the e-Power system, in which the combustion engine works exclusively as a generator for the electric motor. Our team has the required high-voltage qualification to work on all of these vehicles.

Battery ageing is a relevant issue for the Nissan Leaf, as the first generation was delivered without active battery cooling. We carry out condition tests on the high-voltage battery and can read out the State of Health (SoH), which provides information on the remaining capacity. We also offer software updates, checks of the cooling circuit (e.g. for the Ariya and Leaf with a 62 kWh battery) and diagnostics of the electric drivetrain. With the e-Power system, we test the interaction between the generator, battery and electric motor - a drive concept that differs significantly from conventional hybrid solutions from other brands.

We carry out the main inspection (HU) and exhaust emissions test (AU) independently of the manufacturer. A DEKRA inspector carries out the inspection directly in our workshop. We recommend a technical pre-check in advance so that any defects are recognised and rectified in good time before they lead to a chargeable follow-up inspection.

Our seasonal wheel service includes the professional changing, balancing and, if required, storage of your summer or winter tyres. Air conditioning maintenance includes disinfection, topping up the refrigerant and changing the filter. Our car care service is available for the professional preparation of your Nissan vehicle - with services ranging from hand washing to paint sealing.
