Parts service employee (m/f/d)

• Supply of parts and accessories and stocking of spare parts for cash sales customers and mechatronics technicians in the workshop in line with requirements
• Checking goods, reporting errors and incorrect deliveries
• Order picking
• Carrying out stock checks and stock location maintenance
• Presentation of accessories in the vehicle showroom
• Maintaining customer relationships, actively offering special promotions & seasonal items etc. to customers
• Creating offers and cost estimates
• Guidelines: Fulfilment of all tasks specified for customer advice in the sales guidelines. Monitoring compliance with all guidelines, regulations and tasks relating to customer advice from the legislator, authorities, factory and sales centre

• You have professional experience in warehousing and have already worked in the automotive industry
• Customer-oriented behaviour, confident appearance, calm handling even in difficult situations
• You are used to working independently and responsibly and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You have good MS Office and general IT skills as well as experience with warehouse management IT systems

In the Parts and Accessories Service department, you will advise our customers on the purchase of vehicle parts and accessories. Your tasks will include ordering, receiving and checking the goods as well as providing the parts to the mechatronics technicians in the workshop on time. Ensuring the supply of spare parts and accessories to our workshops and processing returns round off your responsible range of tasks.
