The voucher must be redeemed by 31 December 2024 at the latest, otherwise it will expire without replacement. After redeeming the voucher, you can use up the credit within a maximum period of three (3) years (1,095 days); any remaining credit will then expire without replacement. The charging card with the credit on it can only be used at charging stations in the ChargeNow public charging network. A transfer of the voucher to third parties or cash payment of the voucher value is excluded.
