Selling a car in Berlin - how it works
Appointment with DEKRA appraiser
- After your enquiry, we will arrange an appointment with a DEKRA valuer, which will take place within 1-2 days at one of our four locations.
- The valuer will professionally assess your vehicle.
- The neutral valuation of your vehicle is based on the current DAT value - a market analysis by Deutsche Automobil Treuhand.
- After deducting any existing damage, we guarantee you the vehicle value determined by DAT + €2,000 - regardless of whether it is a car with an MOT, a used car without a valid sticker or an accident vehicle.
3. Sign the purchase contract
- You will receive the purchase contract on the same day.
- Payment is made by bank transfer or cash.
- On request, we can also deregister the vehicle immediately.

Please bring the following documents with you so that your appointment can be processed smoothly and quickly:
- Service or cheque book
- All existing invoices for maintenance and repairs
- Certificates for installations and conversions (e.g. lowering, trailer coupling, etc.)
