An accident is annoying enough – we’ll take care of everything else. At our multi-make garage in Berlin, we handle the entire accident repair process, regardless of the make of vehicle: from technical advice and damage assessment right through to the final paint finish. For over 35 years, as a master craftsman-run and guild-certified workshop, we have been professionally restoring the appearance and safety of accident-damaged vehicles. This applies just as much to a parking dent as it does to chassis damage following a serious accident.

Immediately after an accident, you should: stay calm, secure the scene of the accident (hazard warning lights, high-visibility vest, warning triangle) and, if anyone is injured, call the emergency services straight away. Document the damage with photos, exchange details with the other party and, if it is unclear who is at fault or if there is significant damage, call the police.
From this point on, our accident service takes over: give us a call or book an appointment directly online. If your vehicle is no longer roadworthy, our breakdown service is available even outside opening hours. We’ll take care of everything else for you, from assessing the damage to dealing with the insurance company.
After an accident, one thing matters above all else: a clear process without any red tape. Our claims management service guides you through seven steps, from the initial assessment to handover, including direct settlement with the insurance company. This applies to both third-party liability claims and comprehensive insurance claims.

We will provide you with a transparent, clear cost estimate for the accident repairs, which you can also submit to your insurance company. If you instruct us to carry out the repairs, we will offset the costs set out in the estimate against the invoice.
If an expert report is required, we’ll take care of it: independent experts will document the extent of the damage in a reliable manner, right here at our premises.
We liaise directly with your insurer and handle the claims process on your behalf: for third-party liability claims, once the question of liability has been clarified; for comprehensive insurance claims, once your insurer has given the go-ahead.
Our bodywork experts will repair your accident damage in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and use genuine parts with a 2-year warranty.
Our in-house paint shop adds the finishing touches with precise colour matching. Find out more on our Bodywork and Paint Shop page.
Once the work is complete, we will clean your vehicle and hand it back to you, ready for you to drive off.
Whether it’s minor panel damage, hail damage or repairs following a serious accident: our body shop can handle it all. Using computer-aided straightening systems, precise bodywork measurement and wheel alignment, we ensure that your vehicle meets the manufacturer’s specifications exactly once the repair is complete. Even in the event of a write-off, we won’t leave you in the lurch: we can help with arranging the residual value and purchase accident-damaged vehicles.
We repair minor damage not caused by an accident – such as individual scratches or dents – particularly cost-effectively using Smart Repair. You can find everything you need to know about paintwork on our Bodywork and Paint Shop page.

To ensure you can get on with your day without any delays, our service includes a collection and delivery service and a courtesy car. In the event of a claim under third-party liability cover, the courtesy car is provided free of charge. Simply let us know what you need when you book your appointment.
Even if damage appears to be purely cosmetic at first glance, there may be more to it than meets the eye behind a dented bumper – such as hidden damage to the bodywork structure or wheel alignment, which can affect handling and safety. Damaged paintwork also loses its protective function. Moisture seeps in, causing rust to form exactly where you can’t see it. When it comes to resale, unrepaired accident damage reduces the value far more significantly than a documented, professionally carried out repair.
Prompt, professional accident repairs protect you from further damage and associated costs. Let us assess the damage; we’ll give you an honest assessment of what’s necessary and what isn’t.
As a Berlin-based master craftsman’s workshop and guild-affiliated business with over 35 years’ experience, we are here to serve you regardless of your vehicle’s make, whilst also being a certified partner for Hyundai, Mitsubishi, MG, FUSO and MAXUS. From bodywork to paintwork, we carry out all work in-house using state-of-the-art diagnostic and straightening technology. We work with independent experts to produce damage assessments. Above all, however, a dedicated team will personally guide you through the claims process, from the initial assessment right through to handover. Please get in touch – we’ll advise you honestly and clearly.

Yes. As the claimant in a third-party liability claim, you are generally free to choose whichever garage you wish for the accident repairs; you are not obliged to use a partner garage suggested by the insurance company. In the case of comprehensive insurance claims, your policy may stipulate that you must use a specific garage, so it’s worth checking your policy. We’d be happy to advise you on this.
That depends on the damage. We’d be happy to provide you with a detailed quote in advance; if you commission us to carry out the repair, this will be deducted from the total cost of the work. In the event of an accident that was not your fault, the other party’s third-party liability insurance will usually cover the repair costs; we’ll handle the claims process directly on your behalf.
The time taken depends on the extent of the damage: minor bodywork damage can be repaired much more quickly than damage to the chassis. Following the assessment, we will provide you with a reliable estimate for your vehicle.
Not always, but in the case of more serious damage, an expert report is advisable and often crucial when dealing with the insurance company. If an expert report is required, we organise it as an integral part of our process: carried out by independent experts, right here on our premises.
Both options are possible. If you opt for a payout (notional settlement), you will receive the amount determined in the valuation report; however, the damage will remain and may reduce the resale value. We would be happy to discuss with you which option makes the most sense in your case.
Yes. We liaise directly with the insurance company and handle the entire claims process: for third-party liability claims, once the question of liability has been clarified; for comprehensive insurance claims, once your insurance company has given the go-ahead.
Our workshop is open to all makes: we carry out accident repairs regardless of make, from small cars to vans. For certain models – for example, due to specific spare parts or repair requirements – we’ll briefly check with you in advance to see whether we can carry out the repairs to a professional standard. Please feel free to get in touch.
The quickest way is via our online booking system right here on this page: choose your preferred date, briefly describe the damage, and you’re done. Alternatively, you can contact our workshop team by phone, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable appointment.
